I purchased my first house at 19 years old with 3,000 down,  My little down payment had become 42,000 in less than 2 years and the hook was set.

Worked as an automotive a/c Installer in my 20’s / Built up a Four Wheel Drive business in Silicon Valley  in the 1970’s and 1980’s  and had a lot of fun / Moved on to fixing up homes in mostly Moreno Valley area in California and My new Southern California Friends showed me this great place to go and have fun / Boating in the daytime and Hotels with food and drinks and Craps tables and roulette at night. Laughlin and Bullhead City became the place to have fun.  Now I live in Bullhead City,  Sell Bullhead City and Mohave Valley,   And I don’t have to drive 4 hours to get here.  And o yea the taxes on my little house here are less than  a thousand a year.
