Born and raised in Rhode Island and worked as a manufacturing
operations manager in the jewelry industry for over 20 year. I then lived in Orange County, CA before moving to the Laughlin/Bullhead City area which we have resided for the last six years. We enjoy the many communities and activities that Laughlin, Bullhead City, and Las Vegas have to offer.Real estate, music, and travel are passions of mine.

Upon moving here, my wife and I realized the need and opportunities for investors to enhance their income in the many ways that real estate has to offer. We opened the first and largest vacation rental company in the area, Laughlin Bullhead Vacation Rentals & Sales along with Laughlin Bullhead Investments and Laughlin Bullhead Property Management, subsidiaries of LBVRS, Inc.  as Arizona Real Estate Company.    I also have a NV License through Realty Group, NV and can service you in Laughlin and Vegas. 

I am a member of the Bullhead City Chamber of Commerce, Laughlin Chamber of Commerce, Bullhead Association of REALTORS, Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS.

A couple of great tips for selling your house are as follows.  Lighting is key to giving your rooms a larger more inviting feel.  Let the sunshine in near windows and have the kitchen glowing to show off those great counter tops.  Once we’ve helped get your house sold come to us and find your oasis in the desert.  Keep those closets tidy and half full.  This helps the possible home buyer visual using the space and have plenty of space for there wears.
